Rob Roy MacGregor: Balquhidder Kirkyard

Balquhidder Kirkyard is situated on the lower slopes of the north side of Balquhidder Glen. It is overlooked by the dramatic mountain terrain of the Braes of Balquhidder, at the head of Loch Voil. Balquhidder Glen is also popular for fishing, nature watching and walking.

Its a traditional place of worship that goes back some 4000+ years. The Celts are said to believe that this particular location is a “thin place” where the earth plane and spirit planes are at their closest.

It is said that these particular places are swirling in energy, with both worlds closely knitted together and perceived beyond the 5 senses that we use in the physical world.

Therefore, it is highly possible that activity is present in these types of locations, and we must eagerly anticipate the possibility of captured material via the normal Haunted Scotland practices.

What will the future analysis provide…stay tuned…..
