The Old Ship Inn, was Established in 1665 in the city of Perth in Scotland. The stunning little public house – which incidentally is Perth oldest one – sits at 31 Hight St in Perth, not far from the famous River Tay, that runs through this part of Scotland.
In times gone by, this location would have been a second home to sailors who would come off the ships on the Tay, and as they do, had a jolly old-time while moored.
This location was to be part of the paranormal festival mystery tour of Perth, due to its stories of a mysterious and very spooky kind.
The sound of footsteps walking through the bar, glasses moving, people being touched while having a quiet drink, and general noises with no real source, have all been evident in this stunning place. While there, Bryan Boyle was to pick up on active spirits whom he named as previous staff members – such as Billy (William) – who still wanders the public house on a regular basis.
We also have some audio to analyse and process from this location, full spiritual impressions with Bryan Boyle to present in video format – so you can watch and listen to the sessions – and updated reports to come as we dive into the mysteries of the oldest – and possibly spookiest – public house in Perth.
Future links to material, and updates, will follow on this inclusion at Haunted Scotland, so please check back!
