Example: Seeing shapes in clouds. The human eye desires to see things it is familiar with, even if it has to create them. This is why most people see ghosts in perfectly ordinary pictures that just happen to [coincidentally] contain what appears to be a face or an apparition.

Granted, it might very well be an entity, but caution must be used to avoid perceptual association when investigating the paranormal.

This is an extremely rare occurrence wherein random objects are moved and sounds produced by an unseen force, the sole purpose of which seems to be to draw attention to itself.

The phenomena always involves a specific individual, frequently adolescent.

My research suggests girls are more prone to this that boys, this then raises the questions about energy and why females have a greater deal to aid possible activity such as this.

Precognition

This is completely opposite to Pseudo-Scepticism, whereas we have debunkers who make it their job to deny everything even without proper investigation.

Examples of such are James Randi the illusionist and his band of merry men who hang on his words without independent thought and real critical thinking.

Proper examples would be, one who is yet undecided as to what is true; one who is looking or inquiring for what is true or an inquirer after facts or reasons.

Term for and existence of this phenomenon was first proposed by pioneering psycho-analyst, Carl Gustav Jung (a contemporary of Sigmund Freud). Synchronicity indicates there is more to the Universe than our understanding of simple cause and effect, and that the subtleties of the mind and matter are somehow interconnected.

This is a very real phenomena, everyone has encountered it at one time or another. Thinking of someone and they call, bump into someone in the street after talking about them and other thought and event anomalies, that have the weird action of manifesting for you in reality. Bypasses mere coincidence.

T

Table-tipping

An experiment in psychokinesis which can fairly easily be replicated by some. Three or four participants lightly place their fingers along the edges of a small table top, then in unison intend the table to move. With sufficient cooperation and concentration, and after several minutes of chanting, the table should start to wobble, pivot on its legs and even raid in the air. Power of the mind, subconscious moment or spiritual contact, the jury is out!

Telekinesis

A psychic phenomenon where-in objects are remotely displaced and moved around, solely by the powers of the mind.

Telepathy

The ability to communicate directly through mind-to-mind contact and to perceive information directly from another’s mind, without resorting to the use of the five known senses.
